JAI recommended that Tonga should put in place measures to provide people with disabilities the resources they need to adapt to climate change, including accessible and adequately responsive emergency services, early-warning systems that would reach people with disabilities, adequate healthcare, and access to justice due to increased rates of violence and sexual violence during emergencies.
