JS4 stated that there was suspicion that a house was being used as a premises for sex work or that a person residing or frequenting it was living off its earnings, a magistrate may authorise police to enter and search the house, and arrest the person. This had affected the sex workers’ ability to secure access to housing and to an adequate standard of living. [Para 39]
