Para 58) JS1 noted that the Draft Act on Seasonal and Other Occasional Employment in Specific Business Activities proposed in 2021 broadened the scope of non-standard forms of employment, whilst denying the protections provided by the employment relationship and reducing the level of guaranteed rights. Workers hired under this law were not entitled to sick, maternity, childcare or annual leave, to a decent salary or to unionize.
