CoE-GREVIO invited the authorities to gradually reduce the dependency on external funding for activities to combat violence against women and ensure a wider share of funding from the state budget. CoE-GREVIO encouraged Romania to ensure appropriate resources for social services, including those delivered by local authorities in support of victims of all forms of violence against women.
