The Working Group [on discrimination against women and girls] recommended ensuring effective implementation of relevant laws, policies and strategies, and introducing further measures that were focused on achieving substantive equality and addressing the specific needs of women facing multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination, such as Roma women and girls, and women with disabilities.
