JS2 expressed concern about the Minister of Justice’s publicly declared intention to draft a bill establishing homosexuality as an offence. It recommended abandoning the discriminatory bill aimed at penalizing lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex and other sexually diverse persons. [Para 81]
