The United Nations country team ... recommended incorporating comprehensive care for victims into sector-specific planning at the national level, instituting a system for the collection and analysis of data on gender-based violence at the regional and community levels and establishing a framework for collaboration and coordination among actors responsible for addressing such violence. The country team further recommended institutionalizing the one-stop approach, which involved establishing centres addressing the impact of gender-based violence throughout the country. [Para 60]
