Recommendation
CEDAW recommended that Luxembourg harmonize the treatment of all women, including those in de facto unions and same-sex relationships, with regard to the distribution of property upon dissolution of their union or relationship and to the recognition of paternity in cases of medically assisted procreation and in the adoption of stepchildren, regardless of their civil status.
