Recommendation
[CEDAW] recommended that Liechtenstein ensure that flexible working arrangements, part-time work, telecommuting and other measures were available to women and men working in all sectors, in order to reduce segregation with regard to work and benefits. The Committee also recommended that Liechtenstein conduct a study in order to evaluate the impact of the part-time work of women on their access to social benefits, in particular pensions, and provide economic packages and incentives to expand economic opportunities for women and promote women-led businesses.
