CoE-Lanzarote Committee recommended Liechtenstein to establish specialised law enforcement units, services, or persons in charge of dealing with ICT facilitated sexual offences against children and provide specific training and finance support for those units and ensure an effective investigation and prosecution of ICT facilitated sexual offences against children, allowing, where appropriate, for the possibility of covert operations.
