Recommendation
Referring to hate speech, CoE-ECRI recommended the Liechtenstein authorities to reinforce their responses against hate speech, by organising, together with the Association for Human Rights and the civil society, an awareness-raising campaign about the prohibition of racist and homo/transphobic hate speech and discrimination, and about the legal framework existing in this field; by encouraging public figures to condemn hate speech; and by supporting self-regulation initiatives of the media regarding hate speech.
