CRC asked Liechtenstein to specify the steps taken to develop and adopt legislation to prohibit all forms of gender-based violence, including domestic violence; to develop and adopt a comprehensive policy, strategy and action plan to prevent and protect children from all forms of violence, including within the family, online and at school, particularly in the form of bullying and from teaching staff; and to establish a mechanism that promoted and facilitated reporting of all forms of violence, including sexual abuse.
