Reform the Criminal Code to decriminalize conducts related with homosexuality or transsexuality, including same-sex consensual relations, and adopt laws to prevent and punish discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity.
Explanation
Noted. The United Arab Emirates have taken note of the recommendations related to homosexuality, considering them unacceptable and inconsistent with social values and traditions and Islamic Sharia.
