Recommendation
Increase efforts to investigate the role of suspected senior-level perpetrators of war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide; establish comprehensive mechanisms to afford reparations to all victims, including survivors of conflict-related sexual violence, and ensure that State officials respect court decisions.
Explanation
The part of the recommendation relating to reparations to the victims is not completely clear, bearing in mind that the reparations are paid between two states, and in that part this recommendation does not enjoy support from the Republic of Serbia.
