On the (part of the) recommendation suggesting the adoption of a national strategy on equality, inclusion, and diversity, the Romanian authorities took a different stance and favoured sectorial strategies, focusing on categories of beneficiaries, for more effective and targeted results. ... noted, with the explanation that there is a need to examine in detail the domestic legal framework in relation to the complaints filed by the applicants. In addition, there is a need to thoroughly examine the legal avenues to execute the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights.
