Para 180) … The Criminal Code does not allow for the extinction of the public right of action against perpetrators of the crime of rape, whether they are adults or minors. The law does not provide for any exceptions in this regard.
Para 181) Article 336 of the Criminal Code provides that: “Any person who commits the crime of rape shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of from 5 to 10 years.”
Para 182) If the rape was committed against a person under the age of 18, the penalty is imprisonment for between 10 and 20 years.
