Para 49) In line with the recommendation of the Council of Europe regarding prevention and suppression of sexism, the Code of Ethics for employees of the Institute for Execution of Criminal Sanctions (IECS) was adopted in 2019. It governs prevention and protection against sexual harassment. In 2022, the institution of Protector defined Guidelines for Elimination of Sexism in operations of that institution. Para 50) Most NGOs continuously conduct campaigns and organise workshops and trainings to raise awareness on sexual harassment, prevention and protection of women from violence. The Gender Equality Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro regularly organizes sessions of the Women's Parliament, as well as consultative and control hearings on different topics to additionally empower women.
