Adopt a comprehensive anti-discrimination law in order to strengthen the protection of human rights of all members of Japanese society, including women and children, persons belonging to ethnic, social, and sexual minorities, and persons with disabilities.

Noted. Regarding the dissemination and expression of ideas based on racial discrimination, a considerable number of such acts are punishable under the current law. ...
