Further strengthen laws that eradicate statelessness by ensuring that birth registrations are given to all children within Tunisia, even migrants and refugees.
Explanation
Noted. Births are registered within the framework of the legislation in force, and as for the attribution of Tunisian nationality, it falls within the framework of the sovereign competencies of the Tunisian State and requires the fulfillment of the various conditions stipulated in the nationality code. This issue is not directly related to listing and registration in the civil status books.
