Health education continues to be given to both boys and girls at school level. The Personal, Social and Civic Education subject has been institutionalized into the national school curriculum, and includes sex education in primary and secondary schools. Continuous talks are organized by the Ministry of Health to youths at school, district and national level on various topics, including HIV/AIDS, Pap smear tests, contraceptives, adolescent pregnancy, sexually transmitted infections and cancers of reproductive organs, including Screening opportunities.
