JS8 stated that illegal prosecution of sex workers by law enforcement agencies was systematic. It reported on illegal detention of sex workers during raids. Sex workers were often subject to sexual, physical and psychological violence by law enforcement officials. JS8 noted with concern attempts to criminalise sex work. [Para 25]
