Noted. En ce qui concerne les mutilations génitales féminines et l’infanticide à caractère culturel ou rituel, il n’y a plus de cas connu du gouvernement qui n’ait fait l’objet de poursuites judiciaires. Par ailleurs, les coutumes liées au veuvage, le lévirat, le sororat et les rites de purification qui seraient imposés aux femmes adultères n’existent plus au Bénin.
