STP reported on the lack of health personnel and violent attacks had forced hospitals to cut down their outreach services to the minimum, in the south. The maternal mortality ratio was three times higher, and the infant mortality was 30 per cent higher than the national average. JS10 stated that the Government should pass the “Reproductive Health Bill.” [Para 53]
