The ILO Committee of Experts noted that the national legislation did not appear to contain any provision addressing child pornography or prohibiting the use, procuring or offering of a child under 18 years for the production and trafficking of drugs. It accordingly requested the Government to indicate the measures taken or envisaged to ensure that the use, procuring or offering of a child below 18 years for the production of pornography or for pornographic performances is prohibited ...
