The initial report on the implementation of the CRC was submitted pursuant to article 44 of the Convention. Once approved, the text was transmitted to the Committee on the Rights of the Child in Geneva by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship in November 2013. The consideration of the combined second and third periodic reports of Haiti took place on 8 January 2016. [Para 109]
