JS4 recommended that Chile adopt all necessary measures to universalize access to emergency contraception, and develop public health strategies to increase knowledge of contraceptive methods, placing an emphasis on emergency contraception. HRW further recommended that Chile take all necessary measures to increase access to emergency contraception for all women, with a special emphasis on rape survivors and adolescents. [Para 43]
