Recommendation
While welcoming legislative reforms undertaken regarding economic, social and cultural rights, CESCR regretted that the Covenant has not been given full effect in the Czech Republic's legal order and urged it to take appropriate steps so that the rights covered by the Covenant may be directly invoked before the courts.
