CLADEM-Peru recommended that steps be taken to ensure that courses based on a gender perspective are made part of the training provided to judges; that policies be established on the use of specialized judicial proceedings in dealing with cases involving sexual violence; and that a mechanism for the provision of legal assistance and support to victims of sexual violence be created.
