CESCR recommended that Israel intensify its efforts to increase the labour market participation of persons with disabilities, Bedouin, Arab women and ultra-Orthodox Jewish men, including by providing vocational education and training tailored to their experience and level of job skills and by fully implementing the quota for the employment of persons with disabilities.
