Withdraw reservations to the CEDAW and review current provisions that are discriminatory against women, including rights in marriage, divorce, inheritance, and in transmitting nationality onto their children and spouses.
Explanation
Noted. Each State has the right to enter reservations at its own discretion and in its own interests. Oman will study these reservations, without committing to a given outcome.
